POLICE REFORMS

Violence on the name of cow, on the name of beef, on the slogan “BHARAT MATA KI JAI”, communal riots, murder for occupying seat in train, mob lynching, Is India such a violent country that is the question?

NO doubt India is a peaceful country but as you see at crime statics of India. It shows increasing pattern which is an indication that how tendency of violence involve in our society & spoil the ancient culture of humanity & peace.

But whenever you see the debates on national news channels, there is only blame game going on, BJP criticise congress for 10 years of UPA governance and cong try to criticise modi govt.

The question which comes in my mind, that all the violence activities as mention in starting were the result of spontaneous reaction, if anyone or mobs are ready to give these type of reactions, it means they have no fear of  law and this is a failure of policing system, Is the local police is not responsible for it?

Because every violence activity, occurs in any region is done by the local violent peoples, it’s not a one day process to anyone became violent, it takes time, my means to say is that only few peoples are violent in certain region, who is very well known by local police these peoples done some offences then “why we do not put questions and also take actions against the local policing like circle inspectors (CIs), sub inspectors (SI), city SPs etc.”

When our media starts to analyse these offences in such manner , this spread a message in police that action have been taken against us so they try to work in pro active manner not in reactive manner as they do today.

It’s  my personal feeling that it is the most corrupt department and special controversy attached with this department is , AAM AADMI have fear of police because they do nothing wrong while KHAAS AADMI have no fear of police because they do everything wrong, KHAAS AADMI does not mean a rich person it involves, the persons who is relatives or known to some local leader , MLA etc    

Police reforms are very much needed today to stop violence and make a better society which is govern by law & justice.

Moreover, the reason behind the incidents of violence against women is due to worst policing. In which women or any comman man have feared to report harassment against us. Because all knows that police try to dilute the matter and could not registered FIR easily  

Now the time comes in which police change their working attitude so that ordinary people, women etc feels that police is like a friend and help us in every situation and similarly the violent peoples or anyone who does something wrong should be feared with police.

If these types of police reforms comes into the practice this will be very helpful to make safe & better society.
